||Preparing plans and programs for rehabilitation and training aimed at developing the knowledge and abilities of the staff at the university and proposing the necessary programs to upgrade the level of employees.
||1-To propose the necessary training programs in the light of scientific, technical and administrative developments and present them to the directorates of the directorates to determine their need for them and to identify the candidates.
2- Study the proposed training programs by specialized external bodies and determine the extent of utilization and presentation to the directors of the directorates to determine their need and identify candidates for it.
3- Prepare plans and programs for annual training and training internally and externally aimed at developing the knowledge and capabilities of the staff at the university in coordination with the training and general management of planning.
4- Supervising the preparation of a list of the names of employees nominated within the training programs and training internally and externally and submitted to the Vice President for administrative affairs for approval.
5- Sorting the admissions with special files for the purpose of organizing them according to the plan prepared for that.
6-Determine the date and venue of the internal courses, agree with the trainers and supervise the implementation of the courses.
7-Preparing the scientific material in coordination with the trainer and distributing it to trainees at the beginning of the course.
8- Evaluation of trainees and trainers immediately after the end of the course.
9-Evaluation of trainees through their supervisors after two weeks of practicing their work in their departments and management and determine the need for additional training.
10-Evaluation of external training bodies.
11-Training of new employees and assess their performance and follow-up during the period of pilot appointment
