The second semester exams for the academic year 2018/2019 began today for the students of the University of Hama, which number about 25 thousand students in all colleges and institutes.

Dr. Mohamed Ziad Sultan, the university president, said that the examinations were scheduled to continue until the 23rd of this month, but the exam was extended until 30 in response to the students' desire to achieve their eligibility.

The university president pointed out that all the preparations and requirements for the success of the examinations have been completed, noting that in this regard, the colleges and institutes have been advised to review the integrity and transparency of the exams and to ensure that they avoid academic errors and make a qualitative leap in the examinations of the University of Hama this year.

He added that the guidance was also directed to the deans at the university council to urge teachers to speed up the correction of examination papers to ensure the rapid issuance of results.
